Accessing Alert Trigger Options:
Open the Alerts Sidebar: On the right side of your Count canvas, click the Alerts sidebar.
Open Alert Settings: Find the alert you want to configure and click the settings icon (usually a gear icon) next to it.
Trigger Menu: In the alert options, locate the Trigger dropdown menu.
Available Trigger Options:
None: This is the default setting. The alert will always be sent according to its schedule, regardless of the data.
Rows returned: The alert will only be sent if the associated cell's query returns one or more rows.
No rows returned: The alert will only be sent if the associated cell's query returns no rows.
Query error: The alert will only be sent if the associated cell's query results in an error.
Query does not error: The alert will only be sent if the associated cell's query executes successfully without any errors.
First row matches value: This option allows you to set a specific alphanumeric (or null) value and a column. The alert will only be sent if the first row of the specified column in the cell's output matches the defined value.
Choose the trigger option that best suits your alerting needs and configure any necessary parameters (like the comparison value for "First row matches value").
