Users who are on our Enterprise Plan are provided with access to a database that contains information on their organisation's usage of Count. By creating simple reporting on this data you can identify canvases and queries that may benefit from performance optimization ideas. For example:

  • canvases with the largest number of queries

  • canvases that are not using caching

  • queries that are running regularly but taking a long time

  • to check if there are any bottlenecks caused by scheduled queries running at the same time, which could be spread out to other times

  • data relating to the number of local queries within canvases will also be available soon within Telemetry databases

Use this with Alerts
Using this reporting in combination with our Alerts feature means that regular updates can be sent to the relevant person or team to ensure continuous monitoring. Further information about setting up alerts can be found in our documentation here.
