Installing the Count App for Slack:
Go to your user account settings in Count.
Click the Connect Slack button and follow the authorization steps.
Once installed, you can select Slack channels as alert destinations in your Count canvases.
Managing Slack Alert Subscriptions:
List Channel Subscriptions: In any Slack channel, type
/count listto see all Count canvases sending alerts to that channel.Remove Subscription: After running
/count list, click the Delete subscription button next to a canvas to stop alerts to that channel.
Sending Alerts to Private Slack Channels:
Go to the private Slack channel.
Invite the Count App: Type
/invite @countand send the message.Open Subscriptions: Type
/count subscribeand send the message to open the subscriptions dialog.Choose Canvas: Select the Count canvas you want to subscribe to (you need edit permissions for the canvas). You can search for the canvas name.
Now, alerts from the selected Count canvas will be sent to the private Slack channel.
